1. Introduction

By using the TrulyGroup websites (TrulyBlue.co.za or TrulyHealth.co.za), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products and services offered by TrulyBlue and TrulyHealth. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

By interacting with us through the site (e.g., placing an order or submitting a form), you consent to receive operational or promotional communication from us. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option or contacting us directly.

3. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

• All orders are binding once placed.
• Orders cancelled within 24 hours before scheduled delivery will not incur a fee.
• Orders cancelled later are subject to a 30% admin fee or a 50% restocking fee (in the case of physical products like ice baths).
• You agree that all payment information provided is correct and that you’re authorised to use the payment method submitted.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including fraud, payment issues, or inventory availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 17:00 within South Africa.
• Orders are fulfilled within **14 working days**. Delays will be communicated to the customer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery address details are correct.
• TrulyGroup is not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses or unattended deliveries.

5. Returns & Refunds

• TrulyBlue offers a 100% return policy on most health products (exceptions may apply).
• TrulyHealth ice baths may be returned only if defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–14 working days.

6. Product Warranty (Ice Baths)

Ice baths include a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty.
Faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance.

7. Product Disclaimer

Product specifications and images on the website may differ slightly from delivered items.
TrulyGroup reserves the right to modify product designs or specifications without notice.

8. Use and Safety

• Always follow usage and installation guidelines supplied with the product.
• TrulyGroup is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from incorrect use or modifications to the products.
